To request the deletion of your Lissy account and its associated data, send an email to support@thrikos.com using the address linked to your account.
How to request it
Send an email with the subject "Delete my Lissy account". Include the name used in the app and the account email. We may request additional confirmation to protect your security.
What will be deleted
After validation, we will remove or anonymize account data, profile, preferences, and associated records, except for information that must be kept for legal obligations, security, or fraud prevention.
Timeline
Requests are reviewed as quickly as possible. When applicable, we will confirm completion by email or share any details needed to finish the process.
