Client data registered by the professional, such as name, phone number, email, notes, and hair profile information.
Images captured for hair analysis, including photos of the strand and the scalp.
Intake information, such as washing frequency, heat use, chemical treatments, main concerns, and additional notes.
Technical usage data, such as session logs, access date and time, errors, and metadata needed for the platform's security and operation.

3. How we use the data

The data may be used to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, keep the application secure, organize clients, generate reports, display analysis history, and respond to support requests.

4. Artificial intelligence and reports

The images and information provided may be used to support the generation of AI-assisted hair analyses. The results are a technical aid and do not replace clinical, dermatological, or specialized professional evaluation where applicable.

5. Sharing with third parties

We may rely on infrastructure, hosting, database, storage, authentication, email, and AI processing service providers to support the platform's operation. These providers handle data only to the extent necessary for the technical operation of the application. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Lissy is not intended for autonomous use by minors without the supervision and responsibility of the professional or legal guardian, where applicable.
